Cancellation policy

At Gaaman, we strive to provide a clear and fair experience for all of our customers. The following outlines our policy regarding the cancellation of purchase options, including pre-orders, subscriptions, and credit-based payments:
Pre-Order Cancellations
Customers who place a pre-order for any product are entitled to request a cancellation at any time during the pre-order period. The pre-order period is defined as the time between order placement and the moment the product enters the fulfilment process. Customers will be notified when their order enters this stage, after which cancellations may no longer be accepted.
If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Once the pre-order period concludes and the product enters the fulfilment stage, cancellations and refunds will fall under our standard refund policy. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscription Fees:
Any subscription fees, including but not limited to exclusive member services or early access benefits, are non-refundable. However, customers may cancel their subscription at any time. No additional charges will be incurred following cancellation, and access to subscription-based services will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
Credit-Based Payment Plans:
Where customers opt to use third-party credit or finance options to purchase our products, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to manage and fulfil those obligations. Gaaman does not bear any responsibility for reminding customers of upcoming repayments or outstanding balances.
Additionally, Gaaman cannot be held liable for any suitability issues related to the method of payment used, including declined payments, insufficient credit limits, or the terms of third-party financing agreements.
Delivery Delays and Force Majeure:
While we strive to meet all stated delivery estimates, Gaaman is not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to supplier delays, customs clearance, adverse weather, or courier disruption. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work diligently to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.
Errors, Damaged, or Faulty Goods:
If you receive the wrong item, or a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Method:
